After an extensive training period covering all aspects of our equipment and service ensuring that you are capable of delivering the service to our high standards (both of safety and customer service) the successful candidate will be based in Andover leading a ‘proactive bio-decontamination team’ working around the hospital bio-decontaminating patient areas using the companys unique technology.
Through close liaison with various hospital departments including the microbiology, bed management, hotel services and infection control teams the successful candidate will formulate a daily bio-decontamination programme for the team based on microbiology reports, bed pressures and perceived risk. In order to fully monitor the teams’ progress recording and analysis of data is also a key aspect of the role.
The high degree of liaison demanded by the role requires the successful candidate to be extremely personable, professional, flexible and ready to work in the pressure environment of a busy hospital.
The post reports directly to the RBDS Implant Manager.
