Job Description
A great opportunity for a highly analytical candidate to join a large well-respected Company in a strategic role influencing insurance pricing
We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of statistical modelling techniques and has at least 1-2 years experience of pricing and analysis within Insurance (general, life or pensions). It would be advantageous if you have either a degree in a mathematical subject, or have completed any actuarial study modules, but this is not essential.
The role involves providing statistics for underwriting and price/rate setting, assisting in preparing reinsurance management information and recommending appropriate levels of claims reserves. You will also be involved in forecasting future claims liabilities and will undertake a range of special projects.
