Job Description
New role due in shortly working in a friendly team, providing a high quality phone-based enquiry service and liaising internally to progress more complex customer queries. Full training will be provided.
You need to have experience in a call centre role and must be pc literate with basic-intermediate Word and Excel and a friendly and approachable phone manner. Good grades at GCSE standard would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity to join a large Company with an excellent reputation and company benefits.
