| This role would suit an experienced person who has the flexibility to work within a small, flexible and professional organisation. You will report directly to the MD and will have a 'hands-on' approach to a working environment. Some of the duties involved will include: Daily management of the accounts department (including the supervison of an Accounts clerk) Daily Cash Book Management Foreign currency account management and rate monitoring Management of all accounting ledgers within Sage Line 100 Credit Control Purchase Ledger Expense payment and Petty Cash Control Intrastat and EC Sales List returns Analysis work Payroll (weekly and monthly) VAT Return Pension/Healthcare/HR Administration Credit Checking of prospective customers Commission statement reconciliations with Global partners Sales Commission reports The company have a comprehensive Month End Procedure and you will have to ensure that the financial reports are completed and presented within specified period after month end. |
