My client is a leading national law firm and they're looking for people to join their Claims team. You will be joining a team of individuals, working in a positive and professional culture.
Ideally you will have previous experience in Personal Injury or Motor Claims within a corporate environment. Applicants must have an understanding manner alongside excellent communication and administration skills.
KEY AREAS:
* To be responsible for new claim assessments
* Process and negotiate 3rd Party claims
* Setting case reserves and general claims
Ideal candidate profile:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Able to prioritise workload
Able to work as part of a team, but able to use own initiative when required.
Due to the nature of the work undertaken, confirmation of employment will be subject to a variety of checks which will be carried out once an offer of employment is accepted. These checks may include references, proof of ID and current address, Personnel Vetting credit search (which will only highlight insolvency or County Court Judgements); Terrorism Check (against data supplied by the Bank of England) and a Criminal Records check.
