| Search 4 Staff are seeking a motivated, determined, results focused individual to join the team in their new offices in Tidworth as a Recruitment Consultant. We are currently looking for applicants who want a fast paced sales role which incorporates many different aspects. With excellent organisational skills and self motivation you will cover everything from telesales, field sales, interviewing, resourcing, client liaison, account management and administration. Ideally you will have sales experience, an excellent telephone manner, good presentation skills and a passion for success. Recruitment knowledge is not essential however the ability to build excellent professional relationships with our clients is. Desirable skills and experiences are: • Previous business to business sales experience • The ability to work to targets and deadlines • Excellent telephone manner • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Computer literate incl.
