| Our clients are a major pharmaceutical company situated near Reading, Berkshire and are looking to recruit a forward thinking and proactive individual with strong people skills to work as part of the Customer Service Team receiving and processing customer orders, enquiries and standard quotations, to be responsible for key customer accounts, communicating effectively with our customers internally and externally, assist the Sales Team as required and to provide a quality, efficient and responsive service. Key duties include: • Receive and process customer orders, enquiries and quotations within an agreed timescale. • Ensure all customer enquiries and requests are responded to in a timely an customer focused manner • Maintain excellent communication with internal and external customers • Attend daily production meetings and be proactive in communicating information to customers and the rest of the CS Team • Ensure that all processes in the department are accurately documented and to recommend areas for improvement within the department. • Attend customer meetings as and when required • Production of metrics to meet Key Business Management (KBM) and Business Unit (BU) requirements • Maintain an awareness of current product applications and capability in order to provide support and advice to customers. • Utilise the company database, to meet business requirements • Receive, investigate and respond to customer complaints and initiate corrective action to ensure an acceptable outcome in line with the company complaint procedures. • Other reasonable duties as required. Ideally you will have experience of working within a busy Sales/Customer Service environment, have effective communication skills, be a team player, able to prioritise workload and be computer literate. |
