| Our clients are a major supplier to the horticultural industry and currently have a vacancy for a Supply Chain Administrator based near Basingstoke. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager to provide administrative support the Supply chain Department and main responsibilities include: • Raising and closing production works orders – together with the daily summary sheet • Raise purchase orders for all incoming goods • Faxing all purchase order and reconciling against confirmation sheets • Matching invoices and purchase orders • Administrate claims where instructed by the procurement team • Upkeep of all filing systems • Answer the majority of external telephone calls • Input and reconcile stock checks • Oversee the ordering of Company stationery • Print off packing Aims and actual packing achieved, advising the Procurement team of any changes • Any other duties as directed Candidates must have a good understanding of computer systems including Excel and previous administrative experience within a similar environment. You must be self motivated, with a personable and approachable manner, and work well in a team. |
