Our clients, a market leader in powered access provision are lookingto recruit a Hire Desk Controller at their location based between Basingstoke and Alton

The main purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient support to key accounts

Job Role

 Successfully convert hire enquires into hire orders
 Maintain a log of all enquiries passed & the conversion of quotes to orders
 Obtain delivery times from the supplying depots & advise the client
 Manage & resolve invoice queries
 Manage & resolve problems/services breaches
 Knowledge of powered access
 Arrange site visits.
 Operate within the agreed procedures
 Ensure the accuracy of orders entered onto the system to minimise disputes with customers and raise potential credit notes where necessary.
 Process off-hires and raise off-hire and sundry invoices.
 Conduct face to face meetings with clients
