Our client based in Fleet is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to contact existing customers on behalf of their clients and offer a variety of Financial Insurance products over the telephone.
Responsibilities will include:
• To provide clear, concise and accurate information to customers ensuring that the client is represented in a professional manner at all times.
•Establish with the customer which products they may be eligible for and propose suitable options depending on the customer’s demands and needs.
• Ensure all calls adhere to the FSA compliant standards paying attention to ‘Treating customers fairly’ at all times.
• Clearly log any comments or updated information from each call.
• To meet and exceed set daily targets. Meet expected penetration levels in relation to the number of calls made.
Experience and Skills required:
• Articulate, confident communication skills
• Professional, friendly, composed and consistent approach and response to the public
• Previous Financial Services experience within a call centre or telesales environment is essential.
Full training will be given
To work allocated shift patterns, as agreed with the line manager during the call centre opening hours of 8.00am to 8.30 pm Monday to Friday. Some Saturday work may be required.
