A great opportunity to join a friendly and established team of experienced technical recruiters to work as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. If you are seeking a sales orientated opportunity to earn great money and boost your career earnings this is your chance!
We provide highly supportive one-to-one training and can mentor you to enable you to contribute to making numerous placements, which can provide an explosive and uncapped earning potential. The role will primarily deal with candidates, will be telephone orientated and is heavily technically focused, highly interesting and varied; no two days are the same!
This role will require the successful applicant to:
• Conduct Search and Selection activities via online advertising and the applications this generates
• Search CV databases for pertinent applicants
• Obtaining referrals from people you speak to for vacancies we have
• Conducting reference checking as and where required
• Negotiate remuneration packages, availability for interview and commencement of employment and assist in getting candidates to interviews well prepared
• Use your initiative to identify other activities you could perform to enable you to identify quality candidates that will meet the requirements of our client’s vacancies.
• In addition you can use your initiative in any way to further expand the potential to generate business
The person
• You will have experience in a sales orientated role and come from a stable employment background
• You will show demonstrable passion, drive and motivation to be successful
• Ideally you will have a healthy interest in technology
• You will need to be computer literate, ideally with commercial experience in email systems, internet, MS Word and databases
• You will have a keen eye for detail
• You will be tenacious and be capable of identifying potential for expanding sales and business levels
• You must be a team player who is willing to work hard to achieve your goals
