Our client based in Camberley is looking to recruit an experienced (ERP) IT Sales consultant to join their expanding team. Our client supports Microsoft based planning management software principally to retailers and manufacturers. Their customers are primarily mid-tier retailers, manufacturers or distributors but also include larger companies within these sectors. You will have a proven track record in your career to date and will be looking to take the next step in your career with a forward thinking, highly successful organization.
Base salary between £33k and £44k with an OTE of additional £45k.
The successful applicant(s) will be expected to perform a range of duties including the following:
• Driving sales through developing new business from telephone activity.
• To develop new customers of the type that will develop into
long-term profitable relationship.
• Meeting sales targets set by managers.
• Understanding customers varying, more often specific, business needs and applying the company’s product range to meet those needs.
• Good communication and listening skills working the full sales process, quotes, proposal as well as closing business.
The Person
• 2 to 3 years experience selling IT products/solutions
• The ability to communicate with clients at all levels in the organisation you are selling into.
• Be self-motivated
• Able to work on own initiative in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
• Proven target hitter, able to demonstrate consistent in personal revenue from existing and new customers in a professional sales environment.
• Be a team player.
