Working for a large international organisation based in Basingstoke this role will be working within the European customer service team looking after French customers and will involve:
Handling incoming customer enquiries
processing customer orders
Raising credit notes
Organising return of faulty equipment
General administration
Skills / Experience
Must speak fluent French
