Our client based in Frimley is looking for 5 Sales Executives to handle outbound telephone calls to potential customers with the intention of making meetings through the promotion of the products and services, in line with daily, weekly and monthly targets.
To start as soon as possible
Key Duties will include:
• To cold call prospects of SME’s and corporate companies from the data provided
• Generate the required minimum of meetings per day.
• Communicate full details of the opportunity to the field sales team within the meeting notes
• To follow up and support any campaigns that are running, driving out the required results for success
• Establish decision makers and identify the level of opportunity
• Overcome general objections and gatekeepers
• Proactively call prospective customers to generate new business opportunities from data provided
• Send literature when necessary
• Accurate completion of all job related documentation
• Ensure own standards are maintained including, adhere to dress code, use of appropriate language and general standards of tidiness and professionalism
• Answer all enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring all contact information is accurately recorded in the database
• To understand the full range of services they offer
• Develop relevant knowledge and skills
• Undertake training as necessary
• Work with the team leader and the management team to continuously improve own performance
Experience and Skills required:
• Confident and outgoing nature
• Previous sales experience in a telesales/call centre environment is essential
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent computer skills
• Previous experience with CRM/bespoke database system essential
• Self motivated
• Excellent attendance record
• Excellent communication/rapport skills
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels within an organisation
