Our client based in Farnham is looking for a Sales Administrator
Responsibilities will include:
• Answering Telephones – Maximum Of 3 Rings
• Making sure showroom is always clean and tidy
• Admin support for Sales Agents within the branch
• Keeping Sales Book up to date
• Producing Month End Sales Figures for Head Office
• Dealing with the installations department, Surveyors and fitters and builders
• Dealing with customers, over phone and face to face in showroom
• Checking customer files – paper file and on system
• Ordering customers sundry orders from surveyed file
• Checking order acknowledgements from suppliers
• Checking all invoices, logging information in customer files
• Invoice Queries – logging onto Excel spreadsheet
• Dealing with and requesting credit notes from suppliers
• E-Mailing customer files to surveyors and head office
• Daily Post – morning and night internal
• Filing, faxing, photocopying
• Daily reconciliation of the switch machine
• Back up System at the end of each day
Experience and Skills required:
• Previous sales administration experience
• Excellent phone manner
• Good organisational skills
• Good IT skills including Word and Excel
• Good with figure work
• Excellent customer service skills
