To deliver a customer-focused service to internal IS function for the provision of various administrative tasks.
Key accountabilities
1. Assist in day to day administration tasks, (such as logging all voicemails and emails)
2. Assist with Network Account creation and password resets
3. Purchase order administration & receipting of goods on a timely basis, including invoice correlation.
4. Maintaining sufficient levels of computer supplies held by the Service Desk to satisfy agreed SLAs.
5. Maintaining records of loan equipment.
6. Maintain departmental process documentation (Hardware declarations etc)
7. Ad-hoc service requests (Disc burning etc)
8. Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation and Corporate Governance.
Skills –
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
