Our client based in Staines is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator
You will be working within the sales team you will deal and follow up enquiries from the clients via telephone and email, whilst assisting and co-ordinating the creation of quotes. You will also collate and produce highly polished and professional client facing corporate bid documentation, ensuring consistency of content whilst meeting strict deadlines.
Your thorough and highly accurate administration skills will enable you to competently manage the bid response process, while your planning, organisational and interpersonal skills will ensure the timely collation of information and delivery of the document to the client.
To excel in this environment it is likely that you will have demonstrable administration experience from within a fast paced and dynamic sales or marketing environment.
Used to working to tight deadlines you will have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
