Our client is an established Marketing Agency that offers direct marketing services to corporate clients. They have an enviable reputation in the industry of being highly successful in business customer acquisition and client retention using innovative engagement marketing and technologies. Essentially they regard the people that work for them as the most important asset of their business.
This is a role in which you will be given the opportunity to spread your wings and take responsibility for delivering innovative campaigns and marketing programs
And here is what you will do:
• Develop campaign strategies and production workflows;
• Manage production workflows and develop marketing concepts from brief to launch;
• - Maintain and develop revenue plans to secure campaign margins;
• Efficiently recruit and manage the staffing of specific campaigns;
• Support the Sales Team's Account Development plans by maintaining, developing and reporting on customer satisfaction levels;
• Prepare project reports and present these at customer review meetings;
• Build external relationships with the Media and supplier agencies to support campaigns effectively.
And here is what you have to be:
• A Qualified marketer (with a Degree in Marketing or IDM/CIM Diploma);
• Experienced in B2B direct marketing - digital and off-line, preferably in the information, technology & communication sector
• Experienced in: presenting, project managing, communicating with clients, coaching & managing staff and budgeting.
