Welcome to The Listening Company

The Listening Company is a multi channel contact centre located in the heart of Portsmouth. We work on behalf of well known brands including Sky Broadband, Microsoft and Travelodge and won Contact Centre of the Year at both the 2007 and 2008 Connect Awards. In 2007 we were the sixth largest private sector employer in Portsmouth and our turnover soared 46% to £36m across our six sites. Other awards TLC has won include Contact Centre Agency of the Year, Employer of Choice and Chat Manager of the Year.

The Listening Company is committed to the education and development of our employees. As well as our project specific training, we work alongside Highbury College to provide our agents with the opportunity to work towards a range of NVQ’s while they work.

We are also keen to help agents develop and progress within the company. Many of our Team Managers, and even some Project Managers, were once agents themselves so a career with TLC is definitely a possibility if you are motivated and willing to work hard.

There are incentives for working at TLC as well such as end of month drinks, a fancy dress party in the summer and a black tie evening at Christmas and company events including rugby/ football tournaments and music competitions. During the year, we have various fun-days and your own project will have a variety of team activities and incentives going on.
